​One-off Service

You can book a one-off service where an IT Collect Customer Service Operator will come to your location and remove all nominated items to be taken away for secure destruction and responsible recycling.

Regular or At Call Service

We can provide bins or you can store redundant e-waste items at your location to be picked up on a Regular (e.g. 4 or 8 weekly) or At Call basis. Discounted fees apply based on volume.

Office Cleanouts

If you are moving, downsizing, or just want more room, IT Collect can assist you in planning and removing all redundant e-waste items to be securely destroyed and responsibly recycled. We can provide bins to place around your office for employees to dispose of e-waste or coordinate the collection throughout the move.

Residential Cleanouts

If you are moving, downsizing or just want more room at home, we provide a one off or series of collections to remove your e-waste items to be securely destroyed and responsibly recycled.

Warehouse Cleanouts

Storage Unit Cleanouts

Do you have a lot of items in a storage unit somewhere? Are you looking at cutting down on your storage costs? Do you want to get rid of a lot of old items so you can make more room for other things?  We provide a one-off or series of collections to remove your e-waste items to be securely destroyed and responsibly recycled.

Whitegoods Removal

Whitegoods are large household appliances like fridges and freezers, washing machines, clothes dryers, dishwashers, freezers, microwave ovens, kitchen stoves, air conditioners, heaters, and kitchen ovens. Many of these items contain gas or liquid that needs to be removed before being recycled. There are specialist companies that offer a white good collection service or you can take them to the local council transfer station. For smaller jobs, we take these items or for larger jobs, we will organise for one of our recycling partners to collect them.

Secure Document Destruction – Shred On Site

Through our parent company Shred On Site, we can provide a mobile, on site shredding service to securely destroy any confidential documents you may have. We can organise a mobile shredding truck to come to your location and shred your documents in front of you. You can even watch it on the CCTV camera. All shredded paper is then 100% recycled. A Certificate of Destruction is provided at the conclusion of the service.

X-ray Recycling

X-rays are now predominately digital, however there are many old X-rays gathering dust in home, medical practices, ancillary health services (e.g. dentists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, laboratories etc.) hospitals etc. We can organise for the collection and secure destruction of X-rays.

The X-ray films are processed in a refinery to extract silver. The silver is then reused for such things as silver solder, jewellery, the silver plating for utensils, electrical components and film manufacture.

Clothing/Uniform/Textiles

We can assist in the destruction and/or recycling of unwanted pre and post-consumer textiles and apparel to keep them out of landfills. Our textile recycling partners can organise for clothing that is still wearable to be shipped overseas for reuse. If the clothes are no longer wearable or they are uniforms and cannot be worn they will be shredded in our mobile shredding trucks. The shredded material will then be sent overseas to a recycling facility for conversion into fibre for new fabrics.
